The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Commercial Division will host their 2nd annual REBGV Commercial Building Awards on Thursday, September 29th at the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle Downtown. These prestigious awards are designed to recognize the very best in commercial and mixed-use residential building within Greater Vancouver.

"Last year, we honoured some of the finest commercial buildings within our Board area and we look forward to having another sold out event this year." As an association of professional REALTORS®, we are committed to the Quality of Life principles and paying tribute to those that build better communities." says David Kearney, REBGV Commercial Division president.

Please nominate a project by clicking the nomination printable attachment above, print it out and fax it to Tammy Dunn at 604-730-3105 by July 30, 2011 to be eligible.

To be eligible, the building project must be located within the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver area (see community eligibility on the form) and completed between January 1, 2010 and June 15, 2011.

Judging is based on the evaluation of eligible nominations of buildings located within the Greater Vancouver area - defined as: Anmore, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Gibsons, Ladner, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, City of North Vancouver District of North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Sechelt, Squamish, Sunshine Coast, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, Whistler.
